Masper Build LTD is a well-established Mechanical, Electrical, and Maintenance Contractor with over 20 years of continuous growth and hands-on experience. To meet these responsibilities, Masper Build LTD operates a health and safety management system in accordance with ISO 45001:2018.


Responsibilities

  • Directors maintain overall accountability for health and safety across the business, ensuring company-wide compliance with our Health & Safety Policy and management systems.

  • Managers and Supervisors are responsible for considering health and safety impacts in all decision-making within their departments.

  • All employees and subcontractors are required to follow health and safety protocols, work responsibly, and promptly report any issues or suggestions.


Our Occupational Health & Safety Commitments:

  • Identify and manage risks and hazards related to our operations, implementing effective controls to eliminate or reduce them.

  • Set minimum competency requirements and provide appropriate training to ensure all staff and subcontractors meet the necessary safety standards.

  • Supply and enforce the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all team members.

  • Record and investigate all accidents and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventative measures.

  • Monitor and review health and safety performance, legislation compliance, and identify opportunities for continual improvement.

  • Establish measurable health and safety objectives and regularly evaluate progress as part of our management review.


We firmly believe that the success of our Health & Safety Policy depends on collective effort. Masper Build LTD is committed to supporting all employees and subcontractors in fulfilling their safety responsibilities and overcoming any barriers to compliance.

This policy will be reviewed at least once a year or sooner if operational, legislative, or organisational changes occur. It will be communicated to all team members and made available to stakeholders and interested parties upon request.
